for the Provision of Hotel Services

1. General Provisions

This document constitutes an official offer (public offer) by Garden Park Inn Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) to enter into an agreement for the provision of hotel services with any legally capable individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) under the terms and conditions set out below, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Acceptance of this offer is confirmed by booking a room at the Garden Park Inn hotel through the website, email, telephone, or via online platforms, partners, and aggregators.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider agrees to offer the Client temporary accommodation at the Garden Park Inn hotel, along with related services (breakfast, transfer, cleaning, Wi-Fi access, etc.) according to the selected rate, and the Client agrees to pay for these services.

3. Booking Procedure and Confirmation

3.1. The Client independently selects the room, dates of stay, and accommodation terms via the website, phone, email, or other booking channels.
3.2. A booking is considered confirmed after receiving confirmation from the Provider (via email, phone, or SMS).
3.3. The Provider has the right to request a prepayment in the amount specified at the time of booking.
3.4. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the prepayment may be withheld in accordance with the cancellation policy.

4. Service Costs and Payment Terms

4.1. Accommodation prices are determined based on the current price list and are indicated on the website or provided during booking.
4.2. Payment may be made:

  • Online (via bank card through a payment service);
  • In cash or by card upon arrival at the hotel;
  • By bank transfer (for legal entities).

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Client has the right to:

  • Receive services of appropriate quality as per the booked room;
  • Use the hotel’s facilities as per the chosen rate plan;
  • Cancel the booking in accordance with the cancellation policy.

The Client is obliged to:

  • Comply with the hotel’s internal regulations;
  • Pay for the services in a timely manner;
  • Compensate for any damage caused to the hotel’s property.

The Provider has the right to:

  • Refuse accommodation in case of rules violation or provision of false information;
  • Change the conditions of accommodation and service costs, notifying in advance via the website.

The Provider is obliged to:

  • Provide the booked services in full;
  • Ensure safety, compliance with sanitary standards, and confidentiality of the Client’s personal data.

6. Liability of the Parties

The parties bear responsibility in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Provider is not responsible for the actions of third parties or technical failures in payment or internet services.

7. Personal Data Processing

The Client consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection” for the purposes of booking, accommodation, and compliance with legal requirements.

8. Force Majeure

The parties are released from liability for non-performance under this offer due to force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, emergencies, actions of governmental authorities, etc.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. This offer is valid indefinitely and may be amended by the Provider at any time without prior notice. The new version shall be published on the official website.
9.2. All disputes and disagreements shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the matter shall be settled in court in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
