1. General Provisions
This document outlines the rules and procedures for payment of hotel services at Garden Park Inn and applies to all guests making reservations and staying at the hotel.
2. Payment Methods
Guests may pay for services using the following methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) — online when booking through the website or at the reception desk;
- Cash — in tenge, at the hotel cashier;
- Bank transfer — for corporate clients and groups, based on issued invoices;
- Through payment systems and aggregators — when booking via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, etc.).
3. Prepayment
- The hotel reserves the right to request a prepayment of up to 100% of the accommodation cost, especially during high-demand periods or when booking non-refundable rates.
- Prepayment terms and deadlines are specified during booking and in the confirmation.
- Failure to make the prepayment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation without prior notice.
4. Payment Upon Check-In
- Unless otherwise stated, payment for accommodation is made at check-in.
- Additional services (mini-bar, laundry, transfers, etc.) are paid at check-out or at the time of use.
5. Refunds
- If the reservation is canceled within the permitted period, the prepayment is fully refunded.
- If the reservation is canceled after the allowed period or in case of a no-show, an amount will be withheld in accordance with the tariff conditions (e.g., the cost of the first night or the full amount for non-refundable rates).
- Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used, within 3–10 business days after confirmation.
6. Currency of Transactions
All transactions are made in the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan — tenge (₸). If payment is made with a card linked to a foreign currency account, automatic currency conversion may occur at the issuing bank’s exchange rate.
